Yep, the semester started! The lecturers showed very little mercy! From the very first day itself, they all decided to burden us with study materials already. What's their problem? Torturers! So, I have a little reading assigned here and there...kinda dreadful, but I guess it's really nothing too bad.
The semester will only last for about 3-4 months, so things are expected to speed up real soon. It will be hectic, but I guess it's alright since the sooner I get done, the quicker I get back to Malaysia! Miss that place so much! (hopefully! Air tickets prices..pls go downnn!!). I'm still in the midst of buying new textbooks, selling my older ones, trying to organize my schedule and keep up with my room! Just got my laundry folded so that's great (it's been sitting at the same spot for like a week! haha!) Very messy I know! Poor roommie of mine! I wouldn't be surprise if she's silently cursing at me right now.
Hmm oh yeah! Today was the first day of a new job! Got a job at the school's cafeteria. I don't have very many hours yet, but it's a reasonable start. Man! Brand new experience! Was serving people food, wiping counters and moping? LOL it was embarrassing because I didn't quite know how to operate their mop bucket thing! Oh well, luckily a friend was there to guide me through. But yeah, there are still lots of stuff to be learned. So, wish me luck!
